Overview

JUST Intelligence is JUST Capital’s first commercial product. An interactive platform built to help companies benchmark their performance on stakeholder-driven priorities and simulate strategic changes. Designed to make complex datasets accessible and actionable, the platform enables users to view real-time rankings, analyze gaps, and model hypothetical outcomes using actual data. It represents a critical step in transforming JUST’s research into a scalable, productized experience.

Approach

JUST Intelligence is an interactive platform that helps companies understand their performance on key stakeholder issues. My role centered on transforming the tool’s experience from a static information hub into a dynamic, user-responsive product. Grounded in real feedback from potential clients and aligned with internal strategic goals.

The design process was deeply collaborative and iterative. I partnered with researchers, engineers, and revenue leads to define the core user experience, build alignment across teams, and ensure technical feasibility at every step.

Key activities included:

  • User validation through prototype testing: Led moderated sessions with volunteered companies and early users to surface behavioral insights and uncover friction points in data interpretation and navigation.

  • Systems-oriented design: Developed modular components and scalable interaction patterns to support expanding content and functionality.

  • Prototyping across fidelity levels: Used Figma for high-fidelity user flows and built HTML prototypes to test edge cases and responsive behaviors in-browser.

  • Technical collaboration: Worked closely with developers to translate design intent into production-ready front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP), optimizing for performance and maintainability within a WordPress environment.

  • Cross-functional coordination: Acted as a bridge between design, engineering, and business stakeholders, aligning product vision with measurable user and client needs.

Objective

Empowering organizations to make data-driven decisions through engaging, UCD was the key objective of JUST Intelligence. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I helped create a seamless experience that enables users to explore, compare, and interpret complex raw data with confidence.

By integrating modular design components and building interactive prototypes in both Figma and HTML, I ensured clarity and accessibility throughout the platform. This project highlights my ability to translate multifaceted datasets into intuitive tools that drive sustainable business outcomes.
